Sigourney Weaver & Kevin Kline Team For A New Amblin Film
Legendary actors Sigourney Weaver and Kevin Kline will star in the upcoming film, The Good House. The Good House is based on a bestselling New York Times book. The film will be released by Amblin Partners Internationally.

After starring together in Ivan Reitman’s Dave and Ang Lee’s The Ice Storm, Oscar nominee Sigourney Weaver and Oscar winner Kevin Kline will headline Amblin Partners’ adaptation of the New York Times bestseller The Good House , which begins production this week in Canada.
The film will be directed by Emmy nominee Maya Forbes and Emmy winner Wally Wolodarsky, based on a script they co-wrote, adapted from the Ann Leary novel.
The Good House follows Hildy Good (Weaver), a wry New England realtor and descendant of the Salem witches who loves her wine and loves her secrets. Her compartmentalized life starts to unravel as she rekindles an old romance and becomes dangerously entwined in one person’s reckless behavior.
