What you will need for the Som Tam salad:

take a small green papaya and grate it;

add two cups of grated carrots;

you also need a glass of cherry tomatoes cut in half;

at least a cup of chopped green beans;

half a cup of roasted peanuts;

two tablespoons of fresh cilantro leaves;

and one cup of cooked and peeled shrimp.
