How to brew rose hips correctly: revealing the amazing flavors
Many Ukrainians collect and dry healthy rose hips to make decoctions.
SSPDaily will tell you about the benefits of rose hips and provide recommendations on how to brew them properly.
Rosehip has numerous benefits, including its ability to promote the health of our body cells and reduce the risk of cancer. In addition, rosehip infusion helps to remove kidney stones, improves conditions associated with gallbladder disease, and acts as a powerful tonic.
It is noteworthy that rosehip has exceptional benefits for women: it improves the functioning of internal organs, normalizes metabolism, reduces dryness and flaking of the skin, and stabilizes sebum secretion. In addition, it strengthens hair, making it smooth and shiny. Pregnant women can benefit greatly from rose hips, as they minimize the likelihood of anemia, alleviate discomfort from toxicosis, boost immunity, and contribute to an easier pregnancy.
It is worth noting that the benefits of rose hips also apply to men. By consuming rosehip broth, men can effectively treat diseases of the genitourinary system, lower cholesterol levels, and reduce the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases. However, excessive consumption of rose hips can lead to complications, so it should be consumed in controlled amounts.
On the other hand, there are certain cases when rose hips should be avoided altogether. People with gastritis or peptic ulcer disease, high acidity of the gastrointestinal tract, pancreatitis, allergies, thrombosis, or endocarditis should avoid using rose hips. It is very important to follow the recommended dosages of rosehip broth prescribed by healthcare professionals to prevent any unwanted side effects.
Considering daily consumption, it is recommended that you follow the World Health Organization's recommendations to consume no more than 10 rose hips per day. This will ensure safe daily consumption without exceeding the recommended dose. However, if you are planning to use rose hips to treat certain diseases or conditions, it is always recommended to consult your doctor to make sure they are suitable for you.
