How to easily remove grease in the kitchen: tips to make all surfaces shine

Dealing with stubborn dirt in the kitchen can be a challenge. Over time, grease accumulates and hardens, making it difficult to remove. SSPDaily has collected several effective methods that will help to cope with even the most persistent greasy dirt.

To wash dishes, use detergents designed to soften and remove dirt.

Cookware

1. Apply the cleaning agent to the dirty surface (for powdered products, add a small amount of water).
2. Leave the liquid on for 10-15 minutes to break down the grease.
3. Wipe and rinse the surface thoroughly.

If the grease is deeply embedded in the surface and difficult to remove, ordinary baking soda can do the trick. To do this, sprinkle it on the stain, pour hot water over it, and rub it in. Repeat the process until no dirt remains.

Hood

1. Spray an all-purpose cleaner on the surface of the hood.
2. Leave it on for a while to soften the grease.
3. Wipe the hood thoroughly to remove any dirt and residue.

Gas stove

1. Spread a generous amount of powdered detergent over the entire surface.
2. Pour boiling water over the powder until it forms a paste.
3. Gently rub the paste into the grease stains and leave it on for 15 minutes.
4. Rub the surface vigorously with the rough side of the sponge.
5. Rinse off the residue and repeat the process if necessary.

Remember not to use metal sponges, as they can scratch the tiles. Instead, choose a wooden or silicone spatula.

It is important to note that if you have a glass ceramic hob, you should only use special cleaning products that are designed specifically for it. Using any other cleaning products may cause permanent damage.

Plastic surfaces

1. Clean the plastic surface with hot water and dishwashing detergent or all-purpose cleaner. If the grease stain is difficult to remove, moisten a cotton swab with alcohol and wipe it off.
2. Rinse the surface thoroughly to remove all chemical residue.
