Ingredients
- mushrooms - 500 g
- one medium-sized onion
- carrot - one medium-sized one
- oil - 5 tbsp
- salt - half a teaspoon
- garlic - 2 cloves
- breadcrumbs - 100 g
Preparation
- Wash the mushrooms and cut them into quarters.
- Peel the onion and carrot and cut into medium cubes. Chop the garlic cloves.
- Fry the mushrooms in a pan with 2 tbsp of oil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the onions and carrots to the mushrooms and fry together for another 3-4 minutes. Season the mushrooms and onions with salt and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Beat the mixture with a blender until it has a homogeneous consistency.
- Add 70 g of breadcrumbs and chopped garlic. Stir the mixture and let it stand for 15 minutes.
- Form the patties and roll them in 30 g of breadcrumbs on all sides.
- Fry them in a preheated pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
