Red
The situation with this shade is about the same as with orange. It will cause the most problems when going to bed. The fact is that red is quite aggressive, and therefore its presence in the interior stimulates the brain. It will be very difficult for you to fall asleep right away, which can lead to a deterioration in your health.
Black
It's hard to find the least ideal color for bedroom curtains. Although they can indeed block sunlight, which can be regarded as a positive thing, our brain perceives black in the interior as an alarm, and therefore it will be more difficult for it to calm down and fall asleep.
Purple
