Easy creamy fettuccine carbonara for all occassions

Ingredients:
- 375g of fresh fettuccine pasta
- 20g of butter
- 175g of chopped shortcut bacon rashers
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tsp of finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 Coles Australian Free Range Eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup of Bulla Cooking Cream
- 1/3 cup of finely grated parmesan
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Step 2
In a frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the chopped bacon and cook for approximately 4 minutes or until golden. Add the crushed garlic and finely chopped rosemary, stirring for an additional minute until fragrant.
Step 3
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, cream, and finely grated parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the cooked pasta and return it to the saucepan. Pour the egg mixture and bacon mixture over the pasta. Toss everything together over low heat for about a minute, until the sauce thickens and coats the pasta. Serve immediately.
