Tammy Abraham Joins AC Milan on Loan
AC Milan is excited to announce the signing of Tammy Abraham from AS Roma on a season-long loan deal. The striker has signed a contract with the club that extends until 30 June 2025, ACM reported.
Born on 2 October 1997, in London, Tammy began his journey in football through Chelsea’s youth system and made his professional debut with them in 2016. Moving to Bristol City, Swansea City, and Aston Villa intensified his growth. On returning to Chelsea by 2019, he played a crucial role in winning both the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Super Cup. His transfer to Roma in 2021 for £34 million was marked by major milestones including winning the inaugural UEFA Conference League under Jose Mourinho in 2022 and scoring 37 goals in 120 games for the club.
Internationally, Tammy first played for England on 10 November 2017 and has netted three goals across eleven caps, his latest appearance being in November 2022. Tammy will sport the number 90 shirt at AC Milan, where he will also reconnect with former Chelsea colleagues Christian Pulisic, Fikayo Tomori, and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
