OPPO Unveiling ColorOS 15 with AI Features on October 17
OPPO has officially announced its latest proprietary shell, ColorOS 15, which will debut at the OPPO Developer Conference (ODC) 2024 in Hangzhou, China on October 17. The new interface, which is based on the Android 15 operating system, will feature an updated design and extensive integration with artificial intelligence (AI).
ColorOS 15 is expected to transform the user experience by incorporating advanced AI features aimed at enhancing productivity, photography, gaming, and security. During the conference, OPPO will also showcase several AI-driven solutions across various domains such as automobiles, health, content creation, and gaming.
The OPPO Find X8 series, including the Find X8, Find X8 Pro, and Find X8 Ultra, is anticipated to be the first set of devices to receive the ColorOS 15 update. There might also be releases for eligible older OPPO models like the Find X7 Ultra, as well as for OnePlus devices within China, which run on ColorOS.
The ODC event will feature an exhibition area where attendees can explore OPPO’s latest AI innovations. The event, beginning at 10 AM China time, will also be streamed live for those unable to attend in person. While some of the showcased AI solutions might remain conceptual, attendees will get a glimpse of the company’s forward-thinking initiatives.
