Further, Project Amelia will soon assist with more complex issues. For example, if a seller queries, "I have 300 units on the way that aren't reflected in my report," Amelia will provide personalized information and may even escalate the matter to Amazon’s support team, displaying characteristics akin to traditional chatbots but with enhanced functionality.
