Adam Sandler and Ben Stiller Spotted on Set of Happy Gilmore 2
Adam Sandler and Ben Stiller have reunited to film the much-anticipated "Happy Gilmore 2," set in Kearny, New Jersey. Sandler, 58, reprises his role as Happy Gilmore, while Stiller returns as Hal L., the sly nursing home orderly he played in the 1996 classic. On November 8, both were seen on set, with Stiller sporting a patterned blue shirt, black vest, blue jeans, yellow aviator sunglasses, and his signature horseshoe mustache. He was accompanied by stuntman Greg Fitzpatrick who donned the same attire. This is prepared by SSP.
Sandler was spotted in his casual "Sandlercore" look, a baggy hoodie and T-shirt. Shooting comes after Christopher McDonald, who stars as Shooter McGavin, hinted at the sequel's progress in March 2024, with Sandler and Netflix confirming it in the following months. The cast includes Travis Kelce and Benny Safdie in significant roles, and Eminem, Bad Bunny, and Tim Herlihy as the co-writer, as well as Michael Rapajohn, Sandler's stunt double in past films.
Fans of the original will also enjoy various comical cameos, emphasizing the return of beloved and new characters to the "Happy Gilmore" universe. According to Sandler, the sequel follows an older Happy Gilmore trying to revive his past success and resolve personal turmoil.
Earlier, SSP reported that Prince William expressed hope for Princess Kate's return to royal duties after challenging year.
