Alison Brie Finds Collaboration with Husband Dave Franco 'Very Attractive'

The couple, married since 2017, co-star and produce the new thriller Together, set to screen at the 2025 SXSW Film & TV Festival in Austin, Texas. On the red carpet at the Paramount Theatre on March 7, Franco, 39, confirmed that his wife often mentions that it’s "attractive" working alongside him.

Franco noted, "We just gain more and more respect for each other," emphasizing their evolving relationship as they collaborate on screen and behind the camera. Brie added, "We are getting to watch each other do new things." She expressed admiration for Franco, saying, "I'm endlessly impressed by the amount that Dave pushes himself outside of his comfort zone."

Directed by Michael Shanks in his debut, Together features the couple as Tim and Millie. They reunite on-screen after appearing in 2017's The Little Hours and The Disaster Artist. Franco previously directed Brie in the 2023 film Somebody I Used to Know. The film's synopsis reveals, "A move to the countryside tests the limits of a couple’s relationship, while a supernatural encounter sparks significant transformations in their love, lives, and bodies," as premiered at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival in January.

After securing Together at this year’s Sundance Film Festival, distributor Neon plans to release the film in theaters on August 1.
