Ava Phillippe Appears to Debut Romance with Dakota Brubaker

Ava Phillippe, the 25-year-old daughter of Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe, seemingly revealed her new romance with musician Dakota Brubaker. This revelation came through her festive Instagram post highlighting the holidays.

In this cheerful update, Ava shared a mix of photos, including joyous moments with her new dog, Birdie, and her 12-year-old brother, Tennessee. One standout picture showed Dakota gently touching her chin and leaning in for a kiss on her cheek while Ava offered a playful pout to the camera.

Ava captioned her Instagram post on December 3 with a cheerful, "happy y'all-idays."

Dakota, who performs under the artistic name Vendigo, also participated by sharing an affectionate snap of the couple. He posted other pictures where they appeared together. In one photo, they posed in front of a Christmas tree with Ava resting her hand on Dakota's leg and gazing at him lovingly. Another featured the two at the Next Gen 2024 event hosted by The Hollywood Reporter on November 20.

His Dec. 3 post included a nod to a Honda holiday sale ad, stating, "Happy Honda Days [some highlights from my life as of late]." Ava playfully responded in the comments, joking, "gonna be a real December-to-remember (sales event)."

While this post showcases their relationship for the first time, Ava previously shared a photo with Dakota in September while celebrating her birthday. In that post, among various party snapshots, was a touching image of Ava resting her head on Dakota's chest, candidly looking at the camera as he gazed away.

Before her current relationship with Dakota, Ava dated Owen Mahoney in 2019 while studying at UC Berkeley. However, that relationship concluded earlier this year.
