Brian Austin Green Calls Out Machine Gun Kelly Over Recent Comments

Brian Austin Green does not anticipate a response from Machine Gun Kelly after calling him out. Green expressed frustration with Kelly for attempting to "drag other people" in a recent Instagram post.

In an exclusive discussion with PEOPLE at the Hollywood Virgin Los Angeles Magazine Book Launch Party, Green shared his thoughts. He referred to a screenshot he posted of Kelly, who criticized a piece about his past relationship with Megan Fox.

On February 3, Green’s Instagram Stories revealed his message directed at Kelly: "Bro. Just be honest for once in your life. Stop caring so much about how you’re perceived that you will try to drag other people."

Despite sharing this message publicly, Green stated he has not heard back from Kelly and does not expect to.

During the event, Green, now 51 years old, explained, "That's not something that I normally do, but it really got under my skin at the time." He remarked on feeling compelled to express his thoughts while supporting the relief efforts of the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation at the West Hollywood venue.

Green later reflected on his decision, stating, "I've come to terms with the fact that I won't do that anymore. I'm going to shut up and just sit back."

In response to Green's post, a request for comments was made to Kelly's representative.

Brian Austin Green was married to Megan Fox from 2010 until 2020. They share three children: Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8. Following their divorce, Fox entered a relationship with Kelly, becoming engaged in December 2022. However, the couple ended their relationship in late November 2024, shortly after announcing they were expecting a child.

Green's comments might be rooted in prior reactions to the news about the couple's breakup. He acknowledged his surprise when learning about it, stating, "I had no idea," highlighting his lack of awareness of the split when initially questioned.

Upon hearing the allegations of Kelly's infidelity, Green commented, "How old is he? He's in his 30s. Nice...Grow up. She's pregnant."

He added feelings of concern for Fox, saying, "I just want the best for her, the baby, and our kids." Deeply caring about Fox's well-being, he expressed heartbreak over the situation, acknowledging her and the children's excitement for the forthcoming arrival.

In light of the relationship's end, sources indicated that Fox found the efforts to maintain the relationship exhausting. As she focuses on the baby and her children, she reportedly limits contact with Kelly, living independently.

A source shared, "She's done with him now. She's doing okay. She's very excited about the baby."

With tensions high, as both navigate separate paths, the situation remains a poignant reminder of personal struggles amid public scrutiny.
