Brittany Mahomes Shares Hilarious Workout with Her Two Kids

Being a parent requires creativity to balance everything. Brittany Mahomes, 29, showcased this on her Instagram Story, sharing how she fit in a workout. She managed to exercise while pregnant and caring for her two young children.

In the video, an expectant Brittany performs weighted reps. Her daughter Sterling, 3, playfully sits on her mom’s head, wearing cute pink pajamas. Meanwhile, son Bronze, 2, observes from the floor.

Brittany, who is heavily pregnant, is expecting her third child with NFL star Patrick Mahomes "any day now." Her workout outfit highlighted her growing baby bump.

In July, Brittany and Patrick, 29, announced their exciting news. "Round three, here we come," the couple wrote in a joint Instagram post.

On Christmas Day, Patrick provided updates on Brittany's pregnancy. After the Kansas City Chiefs' game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, he noted that she is preparing for childbirth. "Brittany says I’ve been stressing her out too much this season," he stated. "I need to reduce my stress during football games and hope for a bye week."

The couple first met as teenagers and got engaged in 2020, following eight years of dating. They married in March 2022.

Patrick revealed that this third child will be their last addition. At a Kansas City Chiefs training camp press conference in July, he affirmed, "I said three and I’m done." He also mentioned his desire to have kids early. "I always wanted kids young. These experiences shaped my life. We’re on our third child now… Brittany manages it all and we still enjoy life."

The quarterback has frequently praised Brittany for her parenting skills. During a May appearance on the "Impaulsive" podcast, he acknowledged her dedication. "People don’t realize how much she does," he remarked. "She handles daily routines, allowing me to focus on my football career."

He continued, "[She’s] a Hall of Fame mom and a Hall of Fame wife. This support makes everything easier. Coming home to your best friend, and wanting to spend time together inspires me to excel. She has accomplished amazing things on her own, too."
