Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards’ Daughter Lola Shares Baptism Journey

Lola Sheen, age 19, has opened up about her spiritual path in a recent Instagram post. On January 22, she revealed her decision to get baptized after navigating a challenging phase in her life. Lola described a moment during her deepest depression when she realized she had "hit rock bottom." She acknowledged feeling lost and hopeless, striving to make it to each upcoming day.
In her post, Lola expressed, "I accepted my life was going to be like that forever, and thought I would never genuinely laugh again." However, this changed when she encountered Jesus, whom she now refers to as not only her Savior but also her best friend. "Jesus met me exactly where I was... He became my sun. I began to trust Jesus when He chose me when no one else did," Lola shared. She emphasized how Jesus provided her with light in her darkest times, rescuing her from despair.
Lola continued to discuss her struggles with severe anxiety and noted that her spiritual journey has brought her significant peace. "I now find myself laughing again, in places I only had cried," she wrote. She believes that Jesus has entirely transformed her life by renewing her mind. "Jesus is the only reason why I’m here and made my life worth living," she emphasized.
The young Sheen expressed her happiness in choosing baptism to mark the beginning of a new chapter. She acknowledged that she made it through the previous year solely by Jesus’ strength. "I am so happy to go into this next year after publicly declaring Jesus as my Savior," Lola stated, affirming that she feels eternally saved through faith.
She ended her heartfelt message with gratitude: "I thank you Jesus for everything, I love you, and I hope you are proud of me." Lola is the youngest of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards' daughters, having an older sister, Sami, who is 20.
In December, Denise Richards, aged 53, discussed her new reality show featuring her daughters: Sami, Lola, and adopted daughter Eloise, who is 13, along with her husband Aaron Phypers. "It’s a big glimpse into our family," Denise noted, sharing her excitement while acknowledging the vulnerability of family life on display.

Richards mentioned that the new series, titled "Denise Richards and the Wild Things," will differ from her previous show, "Denise Richards: It’s Complicated," which aired from 2008 to 2009. Even though Eloise wasn't born at that time, she proved to be the easiest to film in the current show.
"I’m not perfect, and they will see I make mistakes," Richards said. She reflected on the reality of family life. Although their family is not perfect, she hopes audiences can connect with their experiences.
