Current Status of Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly's Relationship After Welcoming Their Daughter

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are prioritizing co-parenting following the arrival of their baby girl, PEOPLE reported. The couple announced the birth on March 27, nearly five months after they ended their engagement. The relationship now centers around their child, with both artists dedicated to nurturing a supportive environment.
Kelly shared the joyous news on Instagram. He posted a video of himself with his newborn, stating, "She’s finally here!! our little celestial seed." Sources indicate that, regardless of past issues, Fox and Kelly are united in their commitment to co-parenting. "Megan and MGK both are on the same page when it comes to co-parenting," says an insider. "Right now they’re amicable."
The couple got engaged in January 2022 but ended their engagement in November 2024. This decision came shortly after revealing they were expecting a child. An insider noted that while no one would be surprised if they attempted a romantic reconciliation in the future, their current focus is solely on their daughter’s well-being.
After their breakup, Fox briefly avoided communication with Kelly. She was overwhelmed after attempting to maintain their relationship for years. An insider mentioned in January, "She just wants to focus on the baby and her boys now." Fox currently lives independently and has minimal contact with Kelly.
Following her separation from Kelly, Fox expressed gratitude for the support from her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green, and his fiancée, Sharna Burgess. Green and Fox share three sons: Noah, Bodhi, and Journey. According to a source, Fox is in a good place with Green and Burgess, noting, "Megan gets along really well with Sharna."

On the same day as the baby announcement, Burgess spoke about her supportive co-parenting relationship with Fox. She highlighted their cautious approach to creating a healthy environment for the children. Burgess shared thoughts on Instagram, reinforcing the importance of stability and love in both homes.
"When kids are in a split household the greatest thing we can do is make them love and feel safe in both homes," Burgess wrote. She emphasized maintaining positivity when discussing the other parent, fostering a sense of community among all caregivers. Burgess also pointed out that the children were thrilled about the arrival of their sister: "Our kids are so excited about the arrival of their baby sister."
