Diddy Accuser Says Alleged 2007 Assault Was ‘Abusive Beyond Belief’: ‘I Felt Powerless’
One of the alleged victims of Sean "Diddy" Combs is discussing his experience of sexual assault for the first time, US Weekly reported. An anonymous individual, referred to as John Doe, filed a complaint against Diddy in October. During an interview with CNN on December 10, his identity remained concealed.
According to Doe, the incident occurred in 2007 while he worked for a private security firm at one of Diddy’s White Parties in The Hamptons. Doe initially indicated the event took place in 2006, as stated in his original complaint. The White Party was held in St. Tropez that year, although his attorney has since amended the complaint.
After consuming his "first drink" at the event, Doe described feeling "some effect." He initially assumed that the drinks were merely "really strong." However, by the time he consumed a second drink, he realized something was wrong.
"It wasn’t until the second drink — and it was already too late — that I realized that there was something wrong with the drinks," Doe recounted. "Sadly, Sean Combs was waiting in the wings." He expressed his disorientation, saying he felt unable to stand and claimed the impact of the two drinks was like that of many more. "It was just an amazing level of incapacitation that I had never experienced before," he noted, adding that he felt utterly powerless.
During the incident, Diddy was reportedly observing from a vantage point at the party. Once Doe found himself in a vulnerable state, Diddy allegedly took advantage. Doe claimed, "he pushed me into a vehicle."
Doe shared his traumatic experience, stating, "I was screaming, I was telling him to stop." He described the event as "incredibly painful," yet noted Diddy appeared detached. "It was abusive beyond belief," Doe emphasized.
The accuser also reported that a "high-profile" guest witnessed the incident and found it amusing. Subsequently, he confided in his supervisor at the private security firm about the assault. However, he reported that his concerns were "dismissed."
"After that, he didn’t talk to me again, he cut me out of everything," Doe remarked about his former boss. "I was totally blacklisted after that. I had to find a different field."
Doe indicated that the alleged assault led to personal issues, including the collapse of his marriage. Contrarily, court documents from October show that Doe had never been married. His attorney has filed to amend the complaint again after this revelation.
In September, Diddy was arrested on several charges, including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. He has firmly denied all allegations against him and remains incarcerated.
A statement from his legal team expresses confidence in the validity of their defenses, insisting that "in court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman."
