Diddy Faces Sexual Assault Lawsuit from Radio Contest Winner Who Attended His White Party
Sean "Diddy" Combs confronts a new sexual assault lawsuit during ongoing legal challenges. LaTroya Grayson has filed a suit regarding a 2006 incident where she was allegedly drugged and assaulted during a party hosted by Diddy. The initial report comes from TNZ, detailing the lawsuit that surfaced on Friday, December 20.
Grayson’s participation stemmed from her sibling winning a contest at an Oklahoma radio station. This prize included round-trip airfare, a New York hotel stay, and tickets to Diddy’s renowned "White Party." However, upon arrival, the event was changed to a "Black Party." Grayson claims only she was allowed entry while her sibling was left outside.
At the party, Grayson consumed two drinks before feeling unwell. She then proceeded to the restroom but alleges she remembers nothing of the subsequent hours. She later awoke in Saint Vincent’s Medical Center, disoriented, with a torn shirt and no underwear.
After returning to Oklahoma, Grayson received an anonymous call urging her not to pursue action against Diddy. The caller allegedly claimed that, due to Diddy’s celebrity status, pursuing this matter would be a "waste of time." Grayson's attorney, Ariel Mitchell, noted that in the past years, Grayson refrained from reporting the incident, driven by fear and confusion.
In response, Diddy's representatives rejected Grayson’s claims, stating he has never sexually assaulted anyone. They argued that Grayson lacks memory of the incident and does not recognize any individuals involved. His team characterized the allegations as "pure fiction" driven by opportunism. Currently, multiple lawsuits from various women alleging misconduct against Diddy are under proceedings.
After his arrest in September for various crimes, including sex trafficking and racketeering, Diddy continues to maintain his innocence. While remaining incarcerated in Brooklyn, he is expected to face a criminal trial in May 2025. His legal team emphasized confidence in the judicial process, asserting that facts would affirm that Diddy has not assaulted anyone.
