Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi Celebrate Important Anniversary

Ellen DeGeneres honored her wife, Portia de Rossi, as they celebrated a significant anniversary. This occasion also allowed her to address a rumor regarding their new residence in England.

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi commemorated 20 years of their romance while navigating life in the UK. On December 1, Ellen shared a heartfelt tribute on Instagram. This post featured a selfie with Portia taken in the countryside, marking the occasion.

"20 years ago today we began this relationship," Ellen wrote in her post. She expressed gratitude, reflecting on the "long beautiful adventure" they'd embarked on together.

Ellen described Portia, who became her wife in 2008, as the "best thing that ever happened" to her. Addressing her partner's influence, Ellen shared, "You take care of me. You help me see the good in everything." She praised Portia as a "beautiful soul" and expressed deep appreciation for their partnership.

Ellen concluded with enthusiasm about the future. "So happy we get to travel and explore the world together in the next 20 years," she wrote, anticipating their first snowy Christmas together.

After leaving Hollywood post-Ellen DeGeneres Show in 2022, Ellen also took time to clear up rumors about their new UK farmhouse. She assured followers, "P.S. for those of you concerned, our UK farmhouse did NOT flood."

Reports surfaced on November 20 about their move to England and plans to put their Montecito residence up for sale. Recently, the couple was spotted at British host Jeremy Clarkson's pub, The Farmer’s Dog. There, they enjoyed an acoustic set by The Corrs, during which Ellen showcased a fresh look.
