Emily Ratajkowski Shows Off "Worst Haircut" of Her Life

Emily Ratajkowski recently demonstrated what she calls the "worst haircut" of her life, highlighting her unusual hairstyle. She stated, "I have bangs on the back of my head."

The 33-year-old model showcased a new look featuring shaggy bangs paired with chunky layers. In a March 25 TikTok video, she humorously remarked, "Oh, you thought I was going to be funny?" while displaying her quirky hairstyle.

Ratajkowski reflected that her haircut resembled the iconic bowl cut of Karen O, the frontwoman of Yeah Yeah Yeahs. She joked, saying it might be "giving Italian." Emily noted that the stylist who created this look seemed to aim for a British shag style. However, she pointed out, "The main thing is that it's not me."

As a busy mom to her 4-year-old son Sylvester "Sly" Apollo, Emily mentioned that she can usually "hide" her uneven bangs. However, she isn't sure how effective this will be once "the wind hits." Emily even tried curling her hair but was unsatisfied with the outcome. "I'm gonna be real, it’s beyond styling," she shared as she revealed the final result. She added, "I mean, she's cute but I don’t know her."

In another amusing comment, Emily mused, "You know you f--ked up when you’re contemplating a perm."

This is not her first hair change; in July 2023, Ratajkowski dyed her hair red. Colorist Jenna Perry noted that this was a playful and fun change for summer. However, Jenna mentioned that the fiery color was likely a temporary decision for Emily.

Jenna stated, "I didn't want to do anything too permanent and high maintenance," in case she planned to return to her classic brunette shade. By September, Emily reverted back to brunette and has since maintained her signature look.
