Ex-Eagles LB Nigel Bradham Arrested in Florida
Former Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Nigel Bradham was arrested in Florida earlier this month. TMZ has reported the details of the incident.
On October 10, 2023, Bradham was pulled over in Tallahassee by the Florida Highway Patrol. He was allegedly driving 78 mph in a 55 mph zone while transporting his two children in a 2023 KIA SUV.
During the traffic stop, officers noted that Bradham admitted he was aware of his suspended license. According to the officer’s report, this was not his first instance of driving with a suspended license.
Furthermore, the report indicated that Bradham had an active warrant for possession of a controlled substance from Leon County at the time of his arrest. He was placed in handcuffs and transported to a local jail, where he was visibly unhappy to have his mug shot taken. Following the incident, he was released.
Court documents show that he is now facing a felony charge in Wakulla County for driving with a suspended license.
This incident is not Bradham's only legal issue. He was previously arrested in 2021 when authorities discovered over three pounds of marijuana and firearms in his Corvette.
Bradham was selected by the Buffalo Bills in the fourth round of the 2012 NFL Draft. He joined the Eagles in 2016, playing a crucial role in their Super Bowl victory.
Throughout his career, Bradham recorded 619 total tackles in 116 games.
