These include playing on the beach, meditating in a park, embracing nature, standing before a waterfall, and watching birds soar in the sky. A touching highlight includes Gisele admiring her baby bump while perched on a cliffside at sunset.

In her post, Gisele, who shares children Benjamin and Vivian with ex-husband Tom Brady, added a motivating message.

"Happiness is an inside job," she wrote in the caption. "Remember, you are the only one who has the power to create the life you want to live."

Since announcing her pregnancy in October 2024, Gisele has focused on personal growth. Earlier in January, she candidly discussed the importance of reflecting on the past year to prepare for the future.
