Harrison Ford Gets Playfully Scolded by Jessica Williams at the 2025 SAG Awards

At the 2025 SAG Awards, Jessica Williams playfully scolded Harrison Ford while delivering her speech. Her segment featured the classic "I Am an Actor" introduction, where she noted Ford's amusing antics as he munched on crackers. Ford, 82, unknowingly entertained the audience from his seat behind Williams, who is his costar in the series Shrinking.
"I told him to turn away! Don't look!" Williams exclaimed, adding humor to the laughter echoing through the audience. As she completed her speech, she reminisced humorously about her journey in Hollywood.
Williams began her anecdote by saying, "Los Angeles is known as the city of dreams, and sure enough, all of my dreams have come true." This declaration was punctuated by Ford’s lighthearted snacking, making everyone chuckle at the scene.

Her speech included reflections on auditions, saying: "I have prepared in Starbucks bathrooms before an audition and cried in a Del Taco afterwards." She also shared colorful stories about dream scenarios involving her acting career, such as changing clothes in shade, far enough away to avoid trouble.
"More than a dream factory, this city has always been my home," she stated. Williams embraced her heritage, proudly declaring, "I am Jessica Williams, I am LA born and bred, and I am an actor."
Both Williams and Ford play therapists in Apple TV+'s Shrinking, which boasts a talented cast: Jason Segel, Luke Tennie, Michael Urie, Lukita Maxwell, Christa Miller, Wendie Malick, and Brett Goldstein. The series received two nominations for the SAG Awards on February 23. Ford is recognized for his performance in a comedy series, while the ensemble cast earned a nomination as well.
