How Jennifer Lopez Is Coping After Ben Affleck Divorce: She Knows ‘Love Isn’t Enough Sometimes’
Jennifer Lopez is entering a new chapter after her split from Ben Affleck. According to an exclusive source for Us Weekly, she is "enjoying being single and feeling herself." This comes four months after Lopez, 55, and Affleck, 52, finalized their divorce on January 6.
The insider reported that Lopez doesn’t have regrets about the relationship. She was recently seen reconnecting with Affleck and his 12-year-old son, Samuel. Notably, Affleck shares three children—Samuel, Violet, 19, and Seraphina, 16—with ex-wife Jennifer Garner. Lopez, in turn, is the mother of 16-year-old twins, Max and Emme, with ex-husband Marc Anthony.
Despite her deep love for Ben, the source revealed, "love isn’t enough sometimes." Ultimately, it seemed that things ended as they should. Currently, Lopez is enjoying her time, taking on "big movie projects" and feeling confident in her appearance.
Before their official breakup, Lopez and Affleck worked together on the film **Unstoppable**. Affleck produced the movie via his and Matt Damon’s company, Artists Equity, while Lopez plays a starring role. Originally, the premiere was set for January 7 but had to be canceled due to wildfires in Los Angeles.
A representative for Amazon released a statement saying, "As much as we were looking forward to celebrating this wonderful film, safety is our first priority." They encouraged viewers to watch "Unstoppable" on Prime Video, which will be available globally on January 16.
In light of the evacuations resulting from the wildfires, many celebrities stepped up to aid relief. Lopez is among them and has also canceled several media appearances.
On January 15, a well-known brand took to Instagram to express gratitude for her clothing donation during the crisis. They called her contributions "generous" and "beautiful," stating they were "beyond grateful" for her kindness.
