Jenna Jameson Files for Divorce From Jessi Lawless After Nearly Two Years

Jenna Jameson and Jessi Lawless are ending their marriage after nearly two years.

Court documents reviewed by PEOPLE indicate that Jenna Marie Massoli, known as Jenna Jameson, filed for divorce in Clark County, Nevada, on February 27. While the filing did not cite a reason for the separation, it confirmed that the couple had married on May 22, 2023, in Las Vegas.

Lawless, speaking to PEOPLE, shared, "She tried to rekindle the relationship multiple times, but I was unwilling to entertain her advances." Since their split, Lawless has moved several times, staying with friends in Chicago and California before recently being in Las Vegas. She noted, "It was challenging to get her served due to her moving around."

Lawless is currently in a relationship with Christian Ghidina, who has shown patience throughout this situation. Lawless expressed gratitude for Ghidina's support, commenting, "I’m thankful that it looks like Jenna might be moving on as well." She acknowledged that Jameson had hinted at reconciliation and is relieved that it seems Jenna is finally letting that go.

Just ahead of their breakup, in April 2024, Lawless filed for annulment after less than a year of marriage to Jameson. In a since-deleted social media video, Lawless confirmed the rumors regarding their divorce.

The couple's divorce filing revealed that neither were pregnant, there was no community debt to split, and no spousal support was requested. Jameson additionally requested the court to allow her to keep her name and not adopt Lawless’ last name. Furthermore, she seeks to retain several luxury items, including Louis Vuitton and Chanel handbags, unique jewelry, and personal clothing.

Reflecting on their time together, Jameson previously said that Lawless added balance to her life. "I'm kind of balls to the wall and I ride the wave of my emotions," she explained. "Jessi is very reserved and thinks everything through, and it’s a good mix."

As of now, Jameson has not responded to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
