Jessica Alba Shares Video Featuring Meghan Markle at Kerry Washington's Birthday

Meghan Markle made a surprise appearance at Kerry Washington’s birthday celebration recently. Jessica Alba, 43, shared a video from the gathering on Instagram on Friday, January 31. Observant followers quickly spotted the former Suits actress among the guests.

In her subtle appearance, Markle, 43, was seen sitting next to Washington, 48, and several other women. Alba approached the table, carrying plates of donuts adorned with birthday sparklers. The footage also featured the Duchess of Sussex enthusiastically cheering as everyone sang "Happy Birthday" to Washington, the star of Scandal.

Alba described the gathering on Instagram as a celebration of Washington with a manifestation ceremony designed to help participants "release what no longer serves us" while tuning into their "third eye."

"Happy Born Day to my girl @kerrywashington 🥳🎂 There’s nothing like that fill-your-cup type of girls' night 💗 Under the energy of the #NewMoon in Aquarius ♒️, we came together for a beautiful ceremony led by Jill, founder of @spiritdaughter 🌑✨," Alba noted. She continued by stating that new moons symbolize fresh starts and the setting of intentions.

"This night was transformative. We connected, manifested, and tapped into our highest vibration 💫🧘🏽‍♀️🪷. Feeling extra grateful – to more nights like these ✨🫶🏽," she added.

Other attendees included Baby2Baby CEO Kelly Sawyer and Shahed Fakhari Larson, Chief Marketing & Communications Officer for Coatu.

In the comments, Washington expressed her gratitude for the meaningful day. "Such a beautiful way to start the new year!!!!! Thank you @jessicaalba @spiritdaughter!!!!!!!"

This event followed Alba's public split from her husband of 16 years, Cash Warren, 46, which was announced on January 8. A week later, she confirmed their separation and plans to divorce via social media.

"I’ve been on a journey of self-realization and transformation for years — both as an individual and in partnership with Cash," Alba shared on Instagram on January 16. She expressed pride in their growth over the last two decades and her desire to embark on a new individual journey.

Meanwhile, Markle has been active this year, partnering with husband Prince Harry, 40, to assist those affected by the recent Los Angeles wildfires.
