Julianne Hough Responds to Danny Amendola's Flirtation During Finale
On November 26, during the season 33 finale of Dancing With the Stars, co-host Julianne Hough had a playful interaction with Danny Amendola. After his performance with partner Witney Carson, Amendola asked a flirtatious question that caught the audience's attention.
Following their Barbie-themed freestyle, Danny and Witney joined Julianne onstage. The three sat on a bed prop, inspired by Ken's (Ryan Gosling) Mojo Dojo Casa House from the 2023 Barbie movie. Julianne sparked the conversation with, "How is it dancing as Ken?"
Danny playfully responded, "I think the real question, Julianne, is why are you in my bed?" Witney turned away while Julianne handled the moment smoothly. "Oh, is that an invitation?" she laughed before steering the conversation back to the show. "Let's get your scores!"
Danny and Witney ultimately secured fifth place in the finale. The leaderboard featured Olympian Stephen Nedoroscik and Rylee Arnold in fourth, actress Chandler Kinney with Brandon Armstrong in third, Olympian Ilona Maher and Alan Bersten in second, and Bachelor star Joey Graziadei with pro partner Jenna Johnson took home the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy.
Off the dance floor, Danny is rumored to be dating TikToker Xandra Pohl. However, in September, he clarified the relationship, stating, "She is a great friend of mine," adding, "I’m a huge fan and supporter of her. It’s good to have a friend like her."
Julianne is also open about her personal life. After finalizing her divorce from Brooks Laich in 2022, she expressed her desire to date. "I am single," she announced during the November 19 episode. "I’m looking for a guy anywhere I can find one."
Julianne, who identifies as "not straight," envisions a future with a man.
In a September 23 episode of The Jamie Kern Lima Show, she stated, "I feel as if I am going to be with a man. I would like to have a partner and build a life with somebody, have a family. My heart is open."
Earlier, SSP reported that Jamie Lee Curtis shared no-makeup selfie as she honors The Last Showgirl co-star Pamela Anderson.
