Kailyn Lowry Shows Off Bikini Body After Surgery

Teen Mom 2 alum Kailyn Lowry recently revealed her new bikini body in photos taken during her beach trip. This update comes months after she underwent multiple plastic surgery procedures.

As she turns 33, Kailyn feels more confident in her body. She shared bikini images from her vacation in the Turks and Caicos with partner Elijah Scott, who shares three children with her out of seven total.

On March 14, Kailyn posted a photo on Instagram where she sports a black sports bra-style two-piece on the beach.

The next day, she shared a TikTok video, showing off her smiling face while wading in the clear aqua water. This was in response to a fan asking to see her "swimsuit body."

This moment marks the first time Kailyn has posted a swimsuit picture on social media in nearly two years. Her latest images follow a tummy tuck revision performed more than a month ago.

Kailyn had her initial tummy tuck after receiving a breast reduction last December. In January, she discussed the challenges of undergoing multiple surgeries. "I intended to have a breast reduction. Then I thought, 'Why not add some lipo 360 and a tummy tuck?'" she revealed in a Jan. 6 Instagram video. "I realized I shouldn't have involved Elijah so deeply because he couldn't care for me the whole time."

She is also the mother of sons Isaac, 15, Lincoln, 11, Lux, 7, and Creed, 4, from prior relationships. Kailyn expressed her hope that her "kids never struggle with body image to the point of altering their bodies for thinness."

"I’m fine with small procedures like a nose job or breast enhancement," she explained. "However, going through extensive surgery just to be skinny indicates deeper issues. I acknowledge this with utmost respect for anyone facing these struggles."

Kailyn concluded her thoughts by advising her followers, "Think twice before undergoing plastic surgery."

Previously, the former reality star underwent a tummy tuck and a Brazilian butt lift in 2016. She spoke about her desire for more surgeries on her Barely Famous podcast in 2024. She had been denied a "boob job" initially due to her weight concerns.

"They told me I needed to lose 40 pounds — more like 50 — for surgery," she recalled. "That was a humbling experience."
