Kanye West Defends Bianca Censori’s Bold Grammys Dress

Kanye West stands by his wife Bianca Censori after her daring naked dress at the Grammy Awards. In a post on X, he shared a photo from their red carpet appearance on February 2. "My wife’s first red carpet opened a whole new world," he reflected. "I keep staring at this photo in admiration, thinking how lucky I am to have a wife who is so smart, talented, brave, and hot," he noted. He also mentioned that she paused filming her first movie to make a significant entrance at the awards.

West highlighted the craftsmanship of the outfit, explaining their process: "We tailored that invisible dress six times. Like magic, poof, we disappeared." He expressed gratitude to the media for their positive coverage, especially American Vogue, for portraying Censori positively. He added, "You don’t know my mama, bitch," in response to public speculation about his mother's opinion on the outfit.
In another follow-up post, West showcased a close-up image of Censori in her skin-toned dress, simply stating, "Posting just to flex at this point." Censori, 30, sparked conversations on the red carpet by revealing a sheer dress beneath her black fur coat.
Although there were rumors they were ejected due to the outfit, a source clarified to Us Weekly that the duo left voluntarily. "He is a master of publicity stunts," stated the insider. He knows how to maintain his presence in the public eye. The source affirmed he knows what to do to achieve his vision, highlighting West as a skilled influencer in the industry.
"They were credentialed and invited. He attended to make a statement and then went to his after-party. There was never an intention to remain at the Grammys." West addressed the controversy regarding his wife's gown on Tuesday, February 4, stating, "Ask me how it was to beat the Grammys." He emphasized, "We beat the Grammys."
