Kim Kardashian Plans for Future Love with a ‘His’ Closet in Renovated Home

Kim Kardashian is making space for love, quite literally. In a recent episode of "The Kardashians," she shared her ongoing home renovation plans while packing up her Hidden Hills, California estate. Juggling the needs of her four children — North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5 — proves challenging, but Kardashian, 44, is determined, PEOPLE reported.
Throughout the episode, she expressed excitement for the "new energy" her revamped home will bring. Some interpret this as a possible dig at her ex-husband Kanye West, whose recent controversial behavior has kept him in the spotlight.

The SKIMS founder purchased the house in 2014 alongside Ye for about $20 million. Recently, she bought him out for $23 million. While the updates take a year and a half, Kardashian will spend time in Malibu during the summer and then move into a rental for the school year. Notably, her renovation includes creating a brand-new closet specifically designed for a future partner.
During a discussion about her renovation with mom Kris Jenner, Kim mentioned building the space for "him." Intrigued, Kris asked, "Who’s him?" to which Kim replied, "I don’t know. Manifesting!"
In a confessional segment, she reflected on her home's design. Kardashian realized that she was overlooking a "his" side while redesigning her living space. "I won’t be open to having a partner if I don’t build it," she stated, echoing the well-known phrase, "If you build it, he will come."

When confronted directly about any romantic interests, she insisted, "There’s not a him." However, Kris shared, "I think she’s looking for true love," noting that Kim shines brightest when she is in love.
In another segment, Kris mentioned Kim's plans for the "his" closet to her boyfriend, Corey Gamble. "I have to give her credit — she’s manifesting her future," she remarked. Gamble added that he hopes Kim might one day marry again, and Kris playfully interjected, referencing Kim’s previous brief marriage, "Longer than 72 days."
Despite everything, Kris remains confident that the right person will appear in Kim's life. "She’s gonna be married to the love of her life," Kris concluded. Until that day comes, Kim is keeping her options — and her closet — open.
