Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker Go as Morticia and Gomez Addams This Halloween
Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker embraced the spooky season by dressing as iconic characters from "The Addams Family." For their Halloween celebration, the couple perfectly emulated Morticia and Gomez Addams, showcasing their costumes through a black-and-white video shared on Instagram.
Kourtney, 45, dazzled in a long black wig and an elegant black dress with batwing sleeves. Her outfit closely resembled Morticia's signature style from the 1991 film. Meanwhile, Travis, 48, embraced Gomez's classic look, donning a striped suit and pencil mustache. He complemented his attire with slicked-back black hair and carried Gomez's distinctive cigar.
In the video, Kourtney reminisced with the caption, "How long has it been since we’ve waltzed?" This quote referenced one of Morticia’s memorable lines in the film. The clip started with a stylish black car akin to the Addams family vehicle, showcasing the couple holding hands as they approached the car. It transitioned to them sitting in the vehicle, where Travis lit his cigar. They shared a romantic moment, with Gomez kissing Morticia's arm before sharing a sweet kiss.
The couple then appeared in a dining room decorated with Halloween themes, including skeletons in witches' hats and cobwebs. They danced together intimately, with Travis affectionately kissing Kourtney's arm and neck.
Kourtney and Travis, who tied the knot in May 2022, have a history of coordinating Halloween costumes. Last year, they portrayed characters from Tim Burton's classic "Beetlejuice." Kourtney dressed as Lydia Deetz, while Travis took on the ghoul role. At the time, Kourtney was pregnant and wore the striking red wedding dress featured in the film, while Travis sported a red tuxedo.
In 2020, they also paid tribute to "Bride of Chucky." Kourtney transformed into Tiffany Valentine, donning a white wedding gown paired with a cropped leather jacket. She elevated her gothic ensemble with a tulle veil, black choker, and bold makeup. Travis mimicked Chucky's look with a striped shirt, blue overalls, and a red wig, enhancing his character with a prop knife and fake stitches.
The couple also honored the film "Edward Scissorhands" in 2021, with Travis portraying the titular character. He showcased a leather outfit, messy black wig, and signature scissor hands, while Kourtney dressed as Kim Boggs. Her attire included an off-the-shoulder white dress and a long blonde wig.
Earlier in October, Kourtney and Travis displayed their playful side with unconventional Halloween decorations. One installation featured two skeletons in a provocative pose, playfully straddling on their lawn. Kourtney encapsulated the festive spirit with a caption reading, "Hello October."
