Kardashian and Barker began dating in early 2021 after a long friendship. They celebrated their legal marriage in Santa Barbara in April the following year, later hosting an extravagant ceremony in Italy.

Kardashian brings three children—Mason, 14, Penelope, 12, and Reign, 9—from a previous relationship with Scott Disick. Barker has three children—Landon, 21, Alabama, 18, and stepdaughter Atiana, 25— with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.

Recently, the couple celebrated their son Rocky's 1st birthday with a delightful Disney-themed party. On November 5, Kardashian shared playful images and a video of the celebration, showcasing "Baby Barker" land, complete with pretzel and churro stands, and a balloon greeter.
