Kristin Cavallari Addresses Scott Disick's ‘Manipulative’ DM 17 Years After Rumors
Kristin Cavallari is clarifying the past rumors about her relationship with Scott Disick and their current situation. Recently, Disick, aged 41, allegedly reached out to Cavallari, aged 37, through Instagram DMs for the first time in years. During the November 26 episode of her podcast "Let’s Be Honest," Cavallari promptly discussed this recent communication.
In the message, Disick wrote, "It’s been such a long time. It's crazy that our lives ended up being kind of similar. I feel like it would be so good to see you and catch up, talk about the stress and different things you go through with kids, changing your life around over and over. I really miss you though and wish I would have reached out earlier." He added that he had been "so busy trying to be the best dad I can be" and even shared his phone number with her, according to Cavallari.
Cavallari reacted, questioning, "Scott, you miss me after 17 years?" She suggested he was using "classic manipulation" strategies. "If this is not the most manipulative text I’ve ever gotten, then I don’t know what is," she declared. "This is classic textbook manipulation control bulls—." In this episode, she reflected on past headlines about herself and provided the real narrative.
Disick's name arose while she addressed a claim about having an affair during his relationship with Kourtney Kardashian. Cavallari, at that time and now, strongly denied this accusation. "We used to party together, hang out all the time. Nothing ever happened between us. Then he started dating Kourtney," noted Cavallari, emphasizing that her friendship with Kourtney was solid.
She reminisced about her good friendship with Kourtney, stating, "I really loved Kourtney. We had so much fun together." Following the breakup of Kourtney and Disick, Cavallari recalled joining Disick in Las Vegas. "I was never alone with Scott. Not even for one f—ing minute was I ever alone with Scott," she asserted. Later, she learned rumors suggested that a hookup occurred in Vegas.
A mutual friend from that trip alleged that Disick "100 percent" fabricated the hookup story to "get Kourtney back" and "piss off" his ex. "There was zero truth to it. We weren’t even being flirty or touchy. There was nothing to it," Cavallari stated firmly. She added that any potential flirtations were nonexistent, clarifying the situation.
