Kristin Cavallari Shares Valuable Dating Advice for Her 9-Year-Old Daughter Saylor

Kristin Cavallari, known for her role on "The Hills," is a mother of three. She shares her children — Camden, 12, Jaxon, 10, and Saylor, 9 — with her ex-husband Jay Cutler. Although Saylor is years away from dating, Cavallari has advice ready for her future, PEOPLE reported.

During a live taping of her podcast "Let's Be Honest" on March 13, 2025, Cavallari emphasized that her daughter doesn't need much guidance. "First of all, Saylor doesn't need advice. She's gonna be just fine," Cavallari stated confidently.

Cavallari described Saylor as tough and a "mini-me." She advises her to "really listen to your gut." As many young people do, Saylor may ignore potential red flags in relationships, which concerns Cavallari. "We put up with things we shouldn't," she noted, encouraging an early understanding of respect and self-love.

Cavallari insists it is vital for Saylor to love herself fully. "Teaching my daughter to love herself can prevent her from accepting less than she deserves," Cavallari shared. This message underlines the importance of self-worth in relationships.

Cavallari’s co-parenting journey with Jay Cutler presents challenges. She affectionately refers to this dynamic as the "ultimate test." Co-parenting has its complexities, yet Cavallari manages to share joyful moments with her kids.

In February, she shared rare glimpses of Saylor through photos on Instagram. The images depict the mother-daughter pair delightfully engaged in winter activities, like playing in the snow and baking. Cavallari captioned the photos, simply calling them "Homebodies."

This past September, she also featured her son Camden on her Instagram Stories. They made pumpkin spice syrup together, capturing fun moments. The Disney-inspired outings demonstrate the family's close bond.

Cavallari acknowledged why she waited to show her son's face on social media. Camden, now 12, showed interest in becoming more public with his image. "He’s mature enough to make that decision now," she explained, thanking her followers for their understanding and engagement on the topic.
