Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s Daughter Alexia Appears Engaged

It seems congratulations are in order for Alexia Umansky! The star of "Buying Beverly Hills", aged 28, may have confirmed her engagement to boyfriend Jake Zingerman. A video posted by her friend Shelby Mo on Instagram Stories early Friday, November 8, featured Alexia and Jake on a video call, during which Alexia showed off what looked like an engagement ring. "I AM NOT OKAY," Shelby wrote, tagging the couple and adding an engagement ring emoji.

Us Weekly has reached out to Alexia for a comment. Alexia is the eldest daughter of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky. The couple announced their separation in July 2023 and share two more daughters, Sophia, aged 24, and Portia, aged 16. Kyle also has a daughter named Farrah Aldjufrie, 36, from her previous marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.

Real estate agent Alexia works alongside her dad and sister Farrah at The Agency. She appeared on two seasons of Netflix’s "Buying Beverly Hills", showcasing the family managing their work and personal lives.

Alexia and Jake have been a couple for about five years, and they moved in together earlier this year. Shelby posted an Instagram Story in January featuring a photo of their furnished living room. She wrote, "New cozy little [house]" and tagged Alexia and Jake.

Prior to moving in together, Alexia lived with her parents in their Beverly Hills home. In February, Kyle told Bravo’s The Daily Dish that it was difficult for her to watch her daughter leave. "I honestly had to just shut that part of my brain off," the RHOBH star shared. She added, "Because of everything we’ve been going through this last year-and-a-half, it was just too much for me to even process."

Kyle admitted, "I just had to say, ‘I’m grateful she lived with me 27-and-a-half years,’ which is not the norm." She chooses to focus on the positive aspects of their time together.

After moving in, Jake and Alexia appear to have adopted a kitten. In October, Jake shared a series of photos with their new pet on Instagram, saying, "This is our boy, Sashimi… They grow up so fast."

In June, Jake dedicated a heartfelt Instagram tribute to Alexia on her 28th birthday. He wrote, "Happy Birthday Sweetheart❤️ The girl who does it all. Every day with you is better than the last. You deserve the world and more. May all your wishes always come true! I love you🎂😍🎉" while sharing moments featuring the joyful couple.

Alexia’s father, Mauricio, previously expressed his approval of her boyfriend. "Alexia’s got a boyfriend that’s been around for a long, long time," he shared with Us Weekly in November 2022. "He’s awesome. We love him."
