Kylie Kelce Addresses the Myths Surrounding Her Meeting with Taylor Swift

Kylie Kelce recently addressed the rumors surrounding her initial meeting with Taylor Swift. The wife of ex-Philadelphia Eagles player Jason Kelce and sister-in-law to Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, Kylie shared her story on the Call Her Daddy podcast, to air on February 12.
In a sneak peek released prior to the episode, Kylie, 32, confirmed that her first encounter with Swift occurred at the Chiefs versus Bills game on January 21, 2024. She explained her surprise at the ongoing speculation about their meeting, stating, "People are deeply disturbed by this... There was like all of this stuff leading up to it about, 'Well, why haven't they met?' 'They're avoiding each other.'"
Kylie expressed that she was not avoiding anyone, especially someone Travis was dating. She humorously added that she had waited close to a year to meet Travis while dating Jason. Kylie jokingly noted that "she's busy," referring to Swift's prior commitment to the Eras Tour.
Kylie remarked on the "silly" narratives created around their meeting, saying, "It's just silly to me that that's like, a storyline that's that's written." Cooper, the host, echoed her thoughts, sharing that it must be annoying to hear that. He praised their football game meeting as a nice backdrop for their initial acquaintance.

Kylie agreed with him about the setting, adding that meeting the 14-time Grammy winner was indeed "great." Rumors of Travis and Taylor's relationship had begun in September 2023 when Swift attended several Chiefs games.

In July 2023, Travis attempted to give Swift his phone number after the Eras Tour performance at Arrowhead Stadium, which further fueled speculation. The couple officially confirmed their relationship in September once Swift was seen supporting the Chiefs.
Kylie and Jason have embraced their connections with Swift and Travis. She previously revealed on the Today show that observing their relationship has been fantastic. "Ultimately, if Travis is happy, we’re happy," she stated during the interview.

Earlier this year, Kylie and Jason attended their first Eras Tour show on June 21 at Wembley Stadium in London, returning the next day to see another performance. Once the tour moved back to the United States, they brought their daughters — Wyatt, 5, and Elliotte, 3 — to the Miami concert on October 18.
In early December, a source reported to PEOPLE that Kylie, Jason, and their daughters celebrated Thanksgiving with Travis, Swift, and their families in Nashville. "It was very festive and special," described the insider.
Earlier, SSP wrote that Travis Scott named his dream collaborations.
