Machine Gun Kelly Expresses Excitement Over Megan Fox's Pregnancy Announcement: 'About to Be a Dad Again'
Machine Gun Kelly is enthusiastic about welcoming a new member to his family. His fiancée, actress Megan Fox, recently announced that they are expecting their first child together. Kelly, who is already a father to 15-year-old daughter Casie, is excited about this new chapter.
On Monday, November 25, the 34-year-old rapper shared his thoughts for the first time since Fox, 38, revealed her pregnancy. He discussed his upcoming music project, hinting that he’ll need to adjust his focus in the coming months. In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, Kelly stated, "Isolating myself in the desert next week to restart this album from scratch. When inspiration flows through me unblocked, we will reach the destination in no time. Don’t worry."
He sweetly concluded with, "After all, I’m about to be a dad again!" Kelly, born Colson Baker, is already familiar with parenting, as he and ex-partner Emma Cannon have Casie together. Fox, on the other hand, shares three sons, Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8, with ex-husband Brian Austin Green.
Earlier in the month, Fox shared the exciting pregnancy news. In a captivating Instagram post, she cradled her baby bump while covered in black liquid. In another photo, she displayed a positive pregnancy test. She captioned her post, "Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back 👼🏼❤️," referencing lyrics from Kelly’s song "last november," which addresses their previous pregnancy loss.
Following the announcement of their baby news, a source told PEOPLE the couple had planned to keep it private until Fox was ready to share. According to the insider, the couple "can't stop talking about the baby" and are filled with excitement.
"Megan felt nervous early on in the pregnancy, but she feels more relaxed now," the source noted, adding, "She’s trying to enjoy it. She loves being pregnant." The engaged pair is reportedly "doing well" and concentrating on their forthcoming child. Although there is speculation about marriage, the source mentioned, "It doesn’t seem they will get married before the baby arrives."
This joyful announcement follows Fox's candid reflections on experiencing a miscarriage in November 2023, shared in her book *Pretty Boys Are Poisonous*. She discussed the emotional toll, explaining, "I’ve never been through anything like that in my life. I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us … trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’ "
