Maria Menounos Excited for Christmas with Daughter Athena

Maria Menounos is enthusiastically preparing for her second Christmas with her daughter, Athena. She shares her 16-month-old child with her husband, Keven Undergaro.

The former E! News correspondent, now 46, unveiled her family holiday card exclusively with PEOPLE. She discussed her plans for the upcoming holiday with excitement.

"I'm so excited for this Christmas!" Menounos expressed.

She added, "Athena is older and just such a joy!" Their family plans include various festive activities, such as visiting Santa's village and taking photos with Santa. Menounos humorously recalled how last year, "Athena gave him side eye. Let’s see how we’ve grown this year."

She shared an adorable family card featuring matching festive pajamas, with big smiles and their two dogs.

"I’m so grateful we have a family and that we get to enjoy this holiday knowing we are healthy!" she reflected. Menounos also intends to honor her mother during the season. "I will be cooking some of my mom’s favorite Christmas recipes in her honor," she mentioned.

Before diving into these festivities, the actress will celebrate the launch of her film, *Christmas At Plum Hill Manor,* on Saturday, Nov. 16.

"But first, we are excited to launch Lifetime’s holiday movie slate with *Christmas At Plum Hill Manor*," she stated, highlighting that it’s "my first film under my production banner."

In this upcoming movie, Menounos portrays Margot Stone, a rising New York architect who uncovers a Christmas secret in an inherited English manor.

"I can’t wait to watch it with my family, especially Athena!"
