The pop icon wowed onlookers in a body-hugging mermaid gown adorned with sparkling details and elegant off-the-shoulder sleeves. This extravagant look featured a sweeping train that required assistance from an escort, likely a member of her team, to hold it up during her appearance.
Her hair, styled in beautiful crimped waves with a deep side part, complemented her glossy nude lip, evoking memories of her iconic 2000s glam.
During her performance, Carey asked the audience, "Is the lighting okay? I don’t like bad lighting." She followed with the playful, "Do you like the ensemble?"
Recognized as the bestselling female artist of all time, Carey earned this distinguished recognition following her historic achievement. In December, her holiday classic "All I Want for Christmas Is You" led Billboard’s Hot 100 for a remarkable 17th week, marking the third-longest run in the chart’s history.
