Mariah Carey's Children Give Her Flowers After "All I Want for Christmas Is You" Tops the Charts

Mariah Carey, celebrated as the queen of Christmas, feels immense pride from her children! Following the successful return of her 1994 holiday classic, "All I Want for Christmas Is You," to the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, her twins joined her to celebrate. Monroe and Moroccan, 13, whom she shares with ex-husband Nick Cannon, surprised her during a recent performance. This is prepared by SSP.

In an Instagram video shared on December 10, Carey revealed the heartfelt moment. The teens presented her with a stunning bouquet at her concert in Raleigh, North Carolina, on December 9. A man took to the stage and announced, "I don't mean to interrupt you, but I just want to let y'all know we’re going to give her flowers tonight because we just found out ‘All I Want for Christmas’ is number one on the Billboard Hot 100. Make some noise for the queen of Christmas."

After an emotional embrace, Carey expressed her gratitude, saying, "Thank you. Wow! That was the perfect moment to find that out. It’s from the Hot 100? Well, thank you to everybody who helped make that possible. Thank you so much."

In her Instagram caption, she shared her joy: "Last night on stage in Raleigh, North Carolina, I found out that *All I Want For Christmas Is You* returned to #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. I couldn't have dreamed of a better time or place to celebrate than on stage with my amazing fans, my kids, and my #Christmastime tour family. I love you and am so grateful to you all ❤️❤️❤️ M."

Carey commemorates the 30th anniversary of her album Merry Christmas, featuring the iconic song, with a special deluxe edition. She is also actively touring for her Christmas Time concert series. "I’ve been working day and night on this one," Carey mentioned to PEOPLE in April. "I collaborated with incredible talents like Miss Debbie Allen. I’ll be performing songs I’ve never done before, some duets."
