Meagan Good Reveals Lessons of Unconditional Love from Fiancé Jonathan Majors
Meagan Good opened up about her relationship with fiancé Jonathan Majors in a recent interview. The actress shared valuable lessons she has learned from the "Creed III" star.
Good emphasized the significance of their bond, stating, "This relationship has taught me about unconditional love." She elaborated on how it feels to be loved entirely for who you are. "It’s about loving someone who brings out the best in you," she noted in an interview with Ebony published on January 22.
The 43-year-old actress described her romance with 35-year-old Jonathan as "an amazing journey." She expressed deep appreciation for their relationship, which she treasures. They first met during the Power 100 Gala in October 2022, and things became official by May.
Meagan experienced an immediate connection when they first met. She reflected on that first moment, saying, "We had no idea that two years later, we’d be engaged, but everything shifted that day."
The beginning of their courtship coincided with some difficulties for Jonathan. He faced legal challenges after an incident involving his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari. In March 2023, he was arrested and later found guilty of misdemeanor assault and harassment. Despite this situation, he maintained his innocence, receiving a 52-week counseling sentence and a $250 fine.
During this tough time, Jonathan acknowledged the importance of his fiancée's support. In an interview with Good Morning America, he said, "I'm really blessed. I'm surrounded by people who love me, who care about me." He admitted that the experience has been incredibly challenging and confusing, yet he felt grateful for Meagan's presence. He concluded, "It's just me now, you know, and my lovely partner, Meagan, and my dogs."
