Meghan Markle Launches New Podcast Featuring Bold Confessions

Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, is launching a new podcast. This addition complements her growing portfolio of ventures, PEOPLE reported.
Following her Netflix series "With Love, Meghan" and the launch of her lifestyle brand As Ever, Meghan enters the podcast space with "Confessions of a Female Founder," facilitated by Lemonada Media.
The podcast premieres on April 8, featuring eight episodes that delve into Meghan’s entrepreneurial journey. It will include honest discussions with fellow female founders, including some well-known friends. The topics will encompass the highs and lows of brand building.
"I’m so excited to share with you something else I’ve been working on: Confessions of a Female Founder," Meghan stated on Instagram. She emphasized, "I’ve been having candid conversations with amazing women who have turned dreams into realities and scaled small ideas into massively successful businesses."
These conversations focus on tips, tricks, and lessons learned during their journeys. Meghan's enthusiasm is evident, as she noted the experience has been eye-opening, inspiring, and fun.
In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, Meghan discussed her brand's challenges. "There are tons of twists and turns — even with the name," she remarked about facing trademark issues. "I was figuring it out in real time."
Acknowledging her mistakes, she appreciated the support from others during this process. "I appreciate everyone who was supporting and gave me the grace to make mistakes," she shared. This journey serves as a valuable learning curve.

Meghan stated, "I’m so proud of what we’re creating. The conversations with other female founders are invaluable as we navigate the business landscape." Her connections allow for insightful discussions that benefit all participants, particularly as she builds her own brand, As ever.
The podcast signifies a fresh start for Meghan following her February 2024 partnership with Lemonada Media. This development occurred after she and Prince Harry ended their Spotify partnership.
Formerly, Meghan’s "Archetypes" podcast won the People's Choice Award for Pop Podcast of 2022, surpassing contenders like "Call Her Daddy" and "Armchair Expert." Additionally, in March 2024, it received a Gracie Award honoring women's contributions to media.
