Christian McCaffrey and Olivia Culpo are thrilled to announce they are expecting their first child, PEOPLE reported. The model, 32, and the NFL player, 28, shared the exciting news on Instagram. "Next chapter, motherhood 🤍," Culpo captioned her black-and-white maternity photos.

In the images, Culpo elegantly wears a flowy dress. She kneels, her hand resting gently on her belly. In another photo, she turns towards the camera and places a hand on her hip.

Culpo and McCaffrey wed in June 2024 in Rhode Island, Culpo's home state. Ahead of the wedding, she shared that marriage became a "covenant". "It’s the beginning of the rest of your life," she explained. It symbolizes the bond between two people for eternity.

Her wedding day featured a stunning custom gown by Dolce & Gabbana. "It felt as serious as that commitment," she reflected. Culpo mentioned that whenever Christian sees her looking her best, it's certainly in something timeless, covered, and elegant.

Before their wedding went viral, Culpo was vocal about wanting to become a mother. She expressed her eagerness to "start trying immediately" after she married McCaffrey.

Recently, Culpo's sisters shared insights on how she is adapting her life for motherhood preparing. Aurora, her older sister, noted their home improvement decisions. "Her house is no longer all white and beige," she teased, hinting at embracing practicality for the future.

Sophia, Culpo's younger sister, added, "She's a perfectionist," affirming that such an approach often shifts with children. Aurora chimed in, "I know she will be a loving mother," joking that Culpo might already be planning her children's preschool.
