Princess Lilibet and Prince Archie Shine in New Snap with Meghan Markle

On March 24, Meghan Markle shared an endearing photo with her children, Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3. The Duchess of Sussex expressed her affection in the Instagram post, stating, "Every day is a love story," accompanied by a dove emoji, PEOPLE reported.
The image displayed Meghan from behind, with her children beside her, showcasing their striking red hair, a trait from their father, Prince Harry. Lilibet was perched on Meghan's hip, and the two matched in adorable sun hats. Archie stood closely next to Meghan, wrapping his arms around her.
Both children were blessed with their father's red hair. Harry has mentioned that the red hair originates from his late mother, Princess Diana's side. In a January 2023 appearance on "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert," Harry remarked, "Definitely my mum. The ginger gene is a strong one!"
Harry continued, noting how he initially doubted the red hair would carry through their children. "I genuinely thought that with Meghan’s genes, there’s no way the ginger gene would prevail," he said. "But I was wrong! Go gingers."

Meghan has shared numerous glimpses of family life via her Instagram account, launched at the beginning of the year. The photos offer insight into her life with Harry and their two children in Montecito, California.
In an intimate interview with PEOPLE, the Duchess expressed joy in expanding her As Ever venture with her kids’ involvement. The site’s original landing page prominently featured a picture of Meghan with Lilibet, a snapshot she found particularly meaningful.
"Having a little girl has been fulfilling for me. I've dedicated a significant part of my life advocating for women's and girls' rights," Meghan stated. "This project’s allure lies in its multigenerational aspect; Archie is included in this narrative, as is my husband. I cherish the heritage aspect, knowing I can create and teach my daughter about being a working mom."
"This, I hope, will become part of her legacy."
