Robert Pattinson Claims Mastery in Diaper Changes

Actor Robert Pattinson, known for his role as Batman, revealed his impressive diaper-changing skills. The actor, 38, shared his newfound expertise after welcoming his first child—a daughter—with actress and singer Suki Waterhouse in March 2024.

"I consider myself an expert now, like the stealthy nappy changer. The baby never even knows," Pattinson stated in Extra during the "Mickey 17" red carpet premiere in London on February 13.

In addition to diaper duties, Pattinson praised his daughter's sleep habits, saying, "I hate to brag, but she has been the most incredible sleeper since birth."

Pattinson and Waterhouse, 33, have been a couple since 2018. The actor expressed further admiration for their daughter during the Dior Homme Menswear Spring/Summer 2025 Show in Paris in June 2024. "She’s adorable. I can already see her personality developing even at 3 months," he remarked.

In a recent Vogue interview published on January 20, he shared another surprising parenting insight. "People used to mention enjoying the smell of babies, but I thought it was just the baby powder. Once I had my baby, I realized she smells incredible and uniquely hers," Pattinson explained.

Suki Waterhouse also praised Pattinson’s parenting. "He’s truly the greatest!" she exclaimed at the MTV Video Music Awards in September 2024. She noted that he finds joy in changing diapers, calling it a fun surprise with every change.

Waterhouse has expressed her happiness regarding their relationship, stating, "I’m surprised I’ve been so happy with someone for almost five years. When I see his name on my phone, I feel excited. He also seems to feel the same way about me. We have so much to talk about and I think he’s hilarious."
