Rosie O'Donnell's Daughter Chelsea May be Charged With Child Neglect and Drug Possession

Rosie O'Donnell's daughter, Chelsea Belle O'Donnell, is again facing legal issues, as revealed in recent reports that detail multiple arrests on charges involving child neglect and drug-related offenses. The 27-year-old mother of four was taken into custody in Wisconsin over the past month, first in Marinette County in September and later in Oconto County in October. Charges include felony child neglect, possession of methamphetamine, narcotic drugs, maintaining a drug trafficking place, and bail jumping, along with misdemeanors such as possession of THC, drug paraphernalia, illegally obtained prescriptions, and resisting an officer.
