Sabrina Carpenter ‘Arrests’ Millie Bobby Brown at 'Short n’ Sweet' Concert
At her latest concert during the Sweet n’ Short Tour, singer Sabrina Carpenter spotted a notable fan: Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown.
"I’m really distracted right now because I see this gorgeous girl," Carpenter, 25, remarked on October 22. This statement resonated loudly in the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, as shared by fans on X.
"I’ve fallen and I can’t get up. This girl is so hot," she added, pretending not to recognize the 20-year-old actress. "Who are you? What is your name?" Carpenter playfully queried.
Carpenter continued, "Millie, I’ve never fallen in love at a concert before but stranger things have happened." This clever nod to Brown's famous show garnered applause from the audience. Brown joined in the fun, responding happily.
"It’s so unfortunate we have to arrest you ‘cause you’re so beautiful," Carpenter humorously commented. In response, Brown mouthed, "Please arrest me!"
As part of the performance, Carpenter changed outfits onstage, humorously commenting that her "clothes are embarrassed." She transitioned into a shorter skirt, teasing Brown, "What have you done to me? Not my skirt falling off in front of so many people!"
Brown was not the only celebrity to attend Carpenter’s tour. Previously, Joey King and Carpenter's boyfriend, Barry Keoghan, attended a concert on October 20 at John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Dating since 2023, Keoghan appeared in Carpenter's music video for her July release, "Please Please Please."
In a recent interview for CBS Sunday Morning, Carpenter shared insights about casting Keoghan, who was a 2023 Oscar nominee for *The Banshees of Inisherin.* She emphasized her admiration for his talent: "I was like, ‘Who’s the greatest actor that I can find for this music video?’" Carpenter remarked of Keoghan, who was right next to her, visibly excited.
