Vanessa Hudgens Shares Insight Into Life After Welcoming First Baby With Cole Tucker
Vanessa Hudgens is embracing life after welcoming her first baby with husband Cole Tucker. The High School Musical star recently shared new snapshots on social media, giving fans a glimpse into her postpartum journey.
On November 4, four months after becoming a mom, Vanessa updated followers through a series of Instagram photos. One photo showed Vanessa sticking out her tongue and flashing a peace sign while wearing an oversized A Tribe Called Quest jersey. She continued with a cheeky selfie, pouting playfully in a fuzzy brown bucket hat.
Next, the Princess Switch actress posted a makeup-free bathroom shot. In the image, a glass of red wine rested on the countertop beside a lit candle. She concluded her photo carousel by showcasing a surprising look, with her hair styled in pigtails and a mischievous smile.
Accompanying the post, the 35-year-old shared, "Miss rarely takes pics any more." While keeping details of her baby private, Vanessa addressed leaked photos of her newborn shortly after giving birth.
In July, she stated in an Instagram Stories post, "We're disappointed that our family's privacy was disrespected and exploited during this very special time, due to the greed of a long lens camera feeding the media." She reassured fans, "Despite all of that, mom, dad, and baby are happy and healthy."
Vanessa is not alone in her journey. Fellow HSM cast member Ashley Tisdale also expanded her family this year, welcoming her second daughter with husband Christopher French in September. Ashley announced the birth of "Emerson Clover French" on Instagram, praising her daughters, including 3-year-old Jupiter. "All three of us are obsessed with you," she wrote.
In a show of support, fellow Wildcat Monique Coleman expressed her excitement about both Vanessa and Ashley's journeys into motherhood. "I have not met their children yet but I’m so excited to see them become moms," Monique said in October. "I’m just so excited for all of us, watching us grow up through the years."
