Vivica A. Fox Breaks Down Demanding Training for Kill Bill
Vivica A. Fox is reflecting on her intense preparation for the film Kill Bill. In a recent interview with Cocoa Butter on YouTube, she discussed her experiences and the significant changes she underwent during that period. This is prepared by SSP.
At 60, Fox recalled her journey as she prepared to portray Vernita Green, an elite assassin in Kill Bill: Volume 1 (2003) and its sequel. She revealed that the preparation involved months of intense training, crucial for performing her own stunts effectively. "This whole thing, this was six months of training. Six months," Fox stated during the interview. This rigorous regimen led to a remarkable transformation in her physique. She shared, "I literally went from like a size 8/10 down to a size 2. I couldn't even hold onto the weight." Fox humorously likened the training to preparing for the Olympics.
Despite the challenges, she found the changes to her body rewarding. "But then when I saw how tight and right my body looked, it was quite rewarding," she expressed, adding, "So, Quentin, thanks for the great bod. Appreciate that!" Fox appreciated the opportunity to portray empowered women on-screen, noting the unapologetic nature of female fighters.
Earlier, SSP reported that Gypsy Rose Blanchard denied CPS claims regarding her baby.
